Discover
Before any design takes place, we’ll dive deep into your business's unique personality, purpose, mission, audience, and niche in the marketplace. This Discovery Session is a thorough process that lays the foundation and informs intentional design so you can connect with your ideal clients, build community, and convert sales.
Design
All of our findings from the Discovery Session serve as my guidelines for all design decisions. After exploring and creating multiple concepts, I pick the strongest concept and present as a complete identity suite with mockups and real-life use cases. I’ll walk you through the strategic design decisions and why this concept works. Together we’ll iterate, make any refinements necessary, and build collateral pieces with your fresh out of the oven visuals.
Deliver
Fun fact: Consistent brand presentation across all platforms can increase your revenue by 23% (Forbes). After wrapping up your project we’ll go through the off-boarding process. I’ll hand off your assets, strategy findings, and platform-specific training and tutorials necessary. Last but not least, I’ll present your brand guidelines chock-full of info on how to use your brand assets leaving you 100% confident (and ready)!

+ What are your hours?
My hours are 9am to 7pm EST, Monday-Friday.
+ Payment Process
After I review and decide to move forward with your project, a 30% deposit is due to secure your spot on my calendar. Once the project is half-way done the next payment is due, then the third and final payment is due upon project completion in order to receive the final files.
+ Why Only Squarespace?
I prefer Squarespace because the platform uses a block editor that allows clients to easily make quick updates or changes to their websites within minutes, no coding or design experience necessary!
+ Do I need to have my project content like copy and images ready before we start?
Yes! For web and social media design, you should have all branding, copy, images, and videos ready 1 weeks prior to your project start date.
